The program is delivered online first, so participants can take part from wherever they are. As our organizational capacity and community partnerships grow, we plan to add community-based opportunities in New York.
Activities are structured so participants learn by doing, with time to reflect on what worked and what to try next.
Leadership development is where participants put what they learn into practice. Through group work and projects, they practice communication, teamwork, responsibility, and decision-making.
Mentors support participants as they take on these challenges, and STEM projects give them practical situations to lead in.
